HS has a range of innovative, effective, evidence-based approaches to reduce and end homelessness.

The Salvation Army Corps 

The Salvation Army Corps, consisting of local churches and centers, is deeply ingrained in communities around the United Kingdom. Corps are uniquely positioned to support in addressing the complex needs of individuals experiencing homelessness, as long as they are adequately resourced and trained. With their diverse programs, such as job training through Employment Plus, addiction recovery, youth mentoring, relationship building, and community development initiatives, Corps provide a comprehensive framework for addressing the root causes of homelessness. Most importantly, ongoing pastoral and spiritual support from the Corps can have a profound transformative impact on people experiencing homelessness.

The Power of Integration

When the Homelessness Services and the Corps collaborate and integrate their efforts, the impact is multiplied. Here are some key reasons why integrated mission is vital:
